The fact is that many software provides only the doctors' agenda without the possibility of choosing in which room to perform the care, something that can cause some confusion, even because in some clinics there are specific exam rooms, such as ultrasound, magnetic resonance, x-ray, among others.
To use Ninsaúde Apolo's room scheduling, it is necessary that at the time of scheduling, the secretary selects the room where the service will be performed.
As you can see in the image above, in addition to reserving rooms for health professionals at the clinic, it is also possible to create a blockage so that certain rooms are not used if they are under maintenance or in other situations.
In the case of clinics that rent their rooms to third parties, they can also use the blockages to specify who will be using them on certain dates, preventing other professionals from scheduling their appointments in them.
