One of the main purposes of management software is to bring practicality and speed up the work done in clinics and offices.

The great advantage is that all sectors of the clinic will be able to benefit from the functionalities of the software, and its users will be able to enjoy many tools that will help in their daily lives. The fact is, the more complete this software is, the more access to information users will have, including some information that cannot be seen by everyone.

So here a question arises: is it possible to apply restrictions to a group of users? At Ninsaúde's Apolo the answer is YES!

Just a pause before we continue, did you know that the Ninsaúde Apolo clinic and office management system is perfect for health clinics? We always work with new improvements, and discover exclusive advantages here.

What are the restrictions?

The restrictions refer to the limitations that the user has within the system. For example, if the secretary takes care of schedules only and nothing else, you can apply restrictions so that she does not see other screens. These restrictions are made by creating groups, which makes it possible to create a group for each sector of the clinic and insert certain users into them.

When creating a group you can select which screens can be viewed by users added to it, and you can also choose the level of restriction applied.  Currently, at Ninsaúde Apolo it is possible to choose the following settings for each screen:

Full access: The user will have full access to the item described;

Total restriction: The user will have no access to the item, even if it is in another area of the system;

Cannot view the information: The user can open the item screen, but cannot view the information. Depending on the context, the user may add or delete information;

Cannot manage information: The user can view, but cannot edit, delete or manage item information in any area of the system;

Cannot manage the information and open the screen: The user cannot edit, delete or manage the item information in any area of the system, nor open the item screen;

Cannot open the screen: The user cannot open the item's screen but can edit, delete or manage the item's information in any area of the system.

If the administrator user has any difficulties or doubts when applying these restrictions, don't worry, Ninsaúde Apolo's support is always alert to help! In addition to email and phone support, we also provide step-by-step videos so you can make these changes more safely.
