1) Be a client of Ninsaúde's Apolo
To use Ninsaúde Apolo's online scheduling, it is necessary to acquire the license to use the software. Ninsaúde Apolo is a management system for clinics with features that include a medical agenda, electronic medical records, and financial management (like cash flow and income statement) among others. 2) Configure your branches
If your clinic has more than one branch, you can register with Ninsaúde Apolo and configure yourself for those that are available in the online appointment, or not. Also, if you define that a particular branch should be displayed, you can choose to display the logo as well, or not.
3) Configure the register of health professionals
Accessing the register of health professionals it is possible to configure which services and insurances will be accepted in online scheduling. In this area of the system, a link will be available that should be inserted on the clinic's website, and it will be through it that the patient will be able to make the appointments, which may be through a link from the professional or clinic.
In the link of the professional only, the schedule of that specific professional will be available in the schedule. The clinic link includes all registered professionals who have configured the services and scheduling agreements. You can make this definition for appointments with health insurance, giving priority to private patients.
4) Insert the link on your website or social media
After copying the link, it must be inserted on the clinic's website or blog. This can be done in two ways, one of which is by inserting an IFRAME. This element can stay within the site itself along with the content, and it is similar to the embed of Youtube.
