The day-to-day at the reception of a clinic is usually very busy, after all, there are several tasks performed in this sector, such as scheduling patients, confirming appointments, receiving suppliers and filling out the patient's registration form.

With so many tasks often the rush ends up getting in the way, and due to this fact, many registration forms tend to have typos. What few people know is that with good management software like Ninsaúde Apolo it is possible to optimize and facilitate each of the tasks mentioned above, including filling out the registration form that can be done by the patient himself.

With some features of the system, the patient can provide his data in two ways, one of which he can fill out the form days before the appointment, at home, and the other he can fill in at the clinic, using a tablet in the reception.

For the patient to fill in his data at home, it is necessary to send the registration form using the email marketing of Ninsaúde Apolo. With email marketing you can schedule sending emails to all patients registered in the system and filters can be used.

With filters, you can configure the email to be sent only to those who have a first appointment scheduling for example, and you can still send it a few days before the schedule. E-mail marketing also has other purposes, such as sending a patient satisfaction survey, birthday e-mail, Christmas, among others.

The second option is the functionality that allows the patient to fill out the registration form at the clinic reception. In Ninsaúde Apolo, in the registration filling tab, there is the option "generate QR Code". The QR Code (an acronym for "Quick Response") is a kind of bar code used to store URLs that are then directed to a website, hotsite, video, etc. In this case, the URL directs the patient to his blank registration form, which he will complete.

For this, it is necessary to use a device (smartphone or tablet) to read the barcode. We suggest that the clinic make a tablet available because it is more comfortable for the patient, and as soon as it is completed, their data will be stored in the system.
