At the beginning of 2018, Ninsaúde Apolo was launched, a modern and complete system that assists in the management of clinics with several functionalities, such as electronic medical records, scheduling, billing of health plans, in addition to the tools that generate engagement and patient retention, such as patient check-in, satisfaction surveys, e-mail marketing, among others.

Currently, the Apolo software is used in more than 200 clinics in Brazil, ranging from one to 60 employees. Ninsaúde is also investing in the international market, and for that reason, Apolo is already available also in English and Spanish, and already has customers outside Brazil.

How the process of migration to Ninsaúde Apolo works
Today we have a sales team that will be able to take all the customer's doubts before purchasing software licenses, which makes the process more agile and secure.

Customers who used another system before Ninsaúde Apolo will be able to safely migrate all their data to maintain the history of their patients and continue their care.

After receiving the access data, the customer can now use the system and request training with the support team. Currently, training is held every Wednesday and Friday at 1:30 pm (Brasília time) by appointment. The training can be done via web conference and while participating the client can ask questions that will be answered during the training or after it, via call or email.

In addition to this modality, we also offer recorded training that is just over 2 hours long and can be attended at any date and time, as long as the client is connected to the internet to view it. The training is complete and covers all areas of the system (being the same as online training), however, if the user does not see the need to attend in full, he will be able to choose the specific parts of his interest, and if doubts arise, he can contact by email or phone whenever you want, during business hours.
