Often when using a software we end up not adapting to certain mechanisms, either because it migrated from another system, a matter of custom, or others. So, what is the best way out? Suggest an improvement!

The opinion of our customers is extremely important to continue the new features of Ninsaúde Apolo, so we give them complete freedom to suggest new features or to redesign those that already exist. In this sense, know that if you are not yet a Ninsaúde Apolo customer for fear of not adapting, there is nothing to worry about, as we are always looking for improvements that can please everyone.

How to suggest an improvement?

When accessing the home screen of our software, the user will be able to personalize it by inserting several cards containing general information about the clinic, and among these cards is the Suggestions card. With it, the user will be able to select the screen to which he wants to suggest a feature and then he must describe it and send it to our programming team.

By submitting a suggestion you agree that it may eventually be highlighted, voted on and commented on publicly by Apolo users. What does that mean? That just like your suggestion can be voted on and seen by other users (from other clinics), you can also view and vote on suggestions submitted by others.

The suggestions are visible on the home screen and whenever the page is updated a new suggestion is highlighted. In addition to being able to vote for those you find most interesting, you can also write comments and thus complement a suggestion that has already been sent by someone else.

Our team analyzes all suggestions as well as the number of votes for each one, and when the suggested functionality is developed, the user receives an email to be notified.
