For the patient to fill in his data at home, it is necessary to send the registration form using the email marketing of Ninsaúde Apolo. With email marketing you can schedule sending emails to all patients registered in the system and filters can be used.

With filters, you can configure the email to be sent only to those who have a first appointment scheduling for example, and you can still send it a few days before the schedule. E-mail marketing also has other purposes, such as sending a patient satisfaction survey, birthday e-mails, and Christmas, among others.

The second option is the functionality that allows the patient to fill out the registration form at the clinic reception. In Ninsaúde Apolo, in the registration filling tab, there is the option "generate QR Code". The QR Code (an acronym for "Quick Response") is a kind of bar code used to store URLs that are then directed to a website, hotsite, video, etc. In this case, the URL directs the patient to his blank registration form, which he will complete.

For this, it is necessary to use a device (smartphone or tablet) to read the barcode. We suggest that the clinic makes a tablet available because it is more comfortable for the patient, and as soon as it is completed, their data will be stored in the system.
